Welcome to the In The Mix Strings CHALLENGE

 

You have been directed to this secret page to learn a fun new piece. The piece in question, is 'A Brief History of Music', piece 1 from the 'In the Mix - volume 1' album.

 

There is a fun backing track to play along to, which takes the listener through the musical periods, from Medieval times right the way to Pop.

 

Included in the links below are the backing tracks, (an mp3 file), as well as the sheet music for your chosen instrument and an acoustic piano accompaniment if you are lucky enough to have an accompanist. There is even a brand new OPEN STRINGS part for absolute beginners!

 

Just take your time and most of all enjoy it!
