Fun 2 Grade 1 is an incredibly versatile set of 24 Pieces, with brilliant backing tracks, that can be used in a String Orchestra situation, or for solo and group teaching.
Made up of a mixture of well known tunes and fun original compositions, Fun 2 Grade 1 can take your beginner string players on a journey from Open Strings, all the way through to using the skills needed for Grade 1 and beyond.

Our mission is to excite people about classical music.

To create new pieces that encourage people to "have a go" at learning an instrument.

Learning has to be fun and if it brings out the joy in us we'll feel inspired to continue.

The trouble, however, is that most other sheet music available to learn from is outdated and uninspiring.
​
We believe these pieces, which are just the start of a constantly expanding series, are an accessible way to get more people into the music and arts scene, which is fundamental for life.
In The Mix Music is the creation of Nick Squires, a professional cellist, producer and string arranger. Most recently Nick has enjoyed viral success with his "Bach in the rain" video with over 50 million views on social media.
He is also a Calm.com featured artist with his album 'Cello in the Rain'.
Quite a CV to be proud of, Nick has played with the Royal Philharmonic, been a member of a pop band, played on Hollywood film scores, written a chinese no.1 song for Luhan to name but a few of his experiences in the music industry.
He brings his passion and joy for music into all that he creates as he infectiously shares it with others.

In The Mix sheet music is easily and quickly downloadable. The parts for the version you choose, are merged together in one handy pdf file. In that handy printable file, you receive all of the solo instrumental sheet music, (In The Mix Volume 1 for all instruments features piano accompaniment parts for each piece so that they can be performed acoustically, instead of with the backing tracks).

The backing tracks are high quality mp3 files and vary in styles from standard classical music, to video game and film music. There is definitely something for everyone!
